On my way home from Badminton and was cruising along along Dona Soledad Ave. in Better Living Paranaque when I heard a Black Ford Escape with plate number 8 using his illegal wang-wang. He was sounding this off to get everyone out of his way. I didn't budge even if he was using his siren all throughout Dona Soledad towards Russia street. I am sure that he got irritated and decided to follow me inside my village. Approaching the village guard, he gave his ID as a certain Col. Garcia and said that he knew me. I went around the village making sure that he will get lost. Called House of Representatives and there i was able to talk to the staff of Speaker de Venecia. reported my concern but they could not do anything. Referred to the offices of Cong. Zialcita and Golez as they are both from Paranaque and they both said that "Col. Garcia" is not one of their staff. I tried to take his picture but the windows are heavily tinted. Also, I noticed that his plates are not the original "8" plate as it is either expired or fake. Beware of this person.

The siren was obviously unnecessary since there was no apparent urgent or emergency errand as indicated by his following you. Ito talagang mga servants natin hindi nila alam ang tamang lugar nila sa lipunan. As government employees they should consider the public as their master and employer.

It happened so fast as he was really tailgaiting me. Even if you take a picture, you will not see a thing as it is heavily tinted.

My guess is that this 'Col. Garcia' isn't even a public servant.

Chances are, the congressional plate he was using is counterfeit, kung walang nakasulat na district/province and year of term. I even doubt kung talagang colonel siya. In all probability, he's just another private citizen with a misplaced ego.
