He's using a dash cam in the first part of the video then switched to a mobile cam afterwards.

October 18th, 2012 10:14 AM #17Though I understand why you guys are having doubts (internet and all that, plus the editing), here's a possible angle, the way I see it.
Pink Alto applied brakes because he expected the jeepney to do something stupid (instinct? defensive driving? you call it) and the delivery truck either wasn't observing proper distance between cars/travelling at a relatively high speed despite close distance/got distracted. Which isn't that far-fetched because by experience, a lot of these drivers are cut from the same mold as PUV drivers.
So yeah, these days, dashboard cams are a must, considering how imbeciles would twist the story once you're at the police station and filing your respective reports to make it seem as if it were your fault and not theirs.
I would do the same and record my interactions with the other driver if it were me. Though take note that this is a double-edged sword: you have to be respectful & proper and not take an offensive stance to the other party. If other party starts being aggressive, then that's their prerogative and fault, not yours. Plus adds to your brownie points if something else happens.
Evidence always trump words.

Binabaligtad niya yun sitwasyon porke ayaw niya magbayad at mapwerhisyo?
Just a moment... just checked my vin. mine not affected. i read somewhere 2018-2019...
