Tanggalin mo nalang plate cover mo tapos daanan mo ng kerosene + wax ang damaged area. Tapos yung tira tirang bunggo, daanin mo nalang sa touch up paint.

Based on the paper that was given to you, try to secure a security report from your school and a police report then get an estimate on how much will be the cost for the bumper repair and the plate cover replacement then submit them to the office indicated on the paper that was given to you. Then just wait for them to pay you.

yung nakaraan lang, barkada ko nasagi bumper ng vios ng isang doctor. gasgas lang daw sabi nung kaibigan ko. napabili tuloy ng bumper sa banawe.

Two weeks ago a Toyota Revo miscalculated his turn and gashed my rear bumper (buti nalang i was not using my newer daily drive). There was a scratch indeed but i told the driver/owner that we'll just exchange contacts and i'll see what i can do with the damage. If i can remove it on my own then I wont call him anymore and when i got home that evening, I used a light mix of rubbing compound with some wax and got to remove most of it. There was a small paint chip which i just used some touch-up paint on so there was no need to bother the guy anymore. I hope it just pays forward because before, I've also gotten into minor scrapers where it was my fault and the other parties were likewise gracious enough to let go if they could easily fix it.
