Bicyclist and Motorist, Metro Manila issue re: Bicycle lane

Do you think this is safe? I was confused on the road markings and when he said two way. It's not intuitive. I only understood when I saw this picture. I think this is dangerous, likely a head on collusion between a car and a bike.

kita ko nga yan along agham road. nasa center lane pa from north ave to q ave. wala pang separator between bike and car lanes kaya sobrang delikado. if bike lang talaga pwede dyan, i guess ok lang pero how do you expect the bike to exit the lane from the center? also, im sure gagamitin ng mga motorcycles yan so mas delikado for head on collisions.

Also as GA pointed out. Walang indicator sa intersection na bike lane pala papasukan nung kotse/mc mo. Malalaman mo na lang na bike lane pag may naka salubong ka na bike. This is especially dangerous at night.

true. yung lapad pa naman niya kasya kotse so malilito ka talaga dyan kung di mo kabisado.
