how about the driver that t-boned the flipped SUV?
Edited my earlier thread, after seeing the video i take back what i posted about the TEs/guards.
Common sense naman ata to slow down when crossing an intersection, with or without traffic lights or signs? If they don't know or follow that, their driver's licenses ain't worth d_ck.

Everyone should adopt the traffic rules practiced in Subic. In an intersection like that, all vehicles should stop & first to stop is first to go. Di lang dapat slow down, but do a full stop.
And yet it is soooo easy to follow this simple rule.
Should be enough to warrant putting up traffic lights there, no?
T*ngn*ng Last Clear Chance na iyan!...
Walandyo,- mga abugado yata kayo.... I visit that building at least once a quarter now. About two years ago,- every other week,- they are our company's legal advisers....

Jumping to conclusions without knowing all the facts...

"The Fortuner in your photos was just hit by another Fortuner, which isn't seen in any of the photos you published," our source said. "The Fortuner in the photo merely lost control after getting hit by another Fortuner, and it unfortunately struck the victim."
Our apologies for the confusion our first report may have caused.
When crossing an intersection, the vehicle on your right has the right of way. The t-boner is on fault.
OT - kaya kung minsan nagkamali ata ko sa pagpili ng career. dapat sana nagabugado na lang tayo. pwede kong irepresent ang pinaka guilty among the drivers. kahit i present pa ng prosecutor ang CCTV, eye witnesses o kahit anong pang matibay na ebidensya. sa bandang huli ang hatol ni hukom ay not GUILTY. basta ba bahala na si "big time" cliente kay judge...
It's a figure of speech. You're overreacting and trying to start an argument. If you're really from the boondocks then you know exactly how people drive there and you would understand the statement. It's not about being civilized, it's about following traffic safety rules.
Maybe it's better in your area, sadly for majority of the far flung provinces, it's like this ...

Here's the traffic sign which is placed at the middle of the road. Siguro mas marunong pa magbasa ang magbubukid kay sa mga SUV drivers na un. Mahirap ba basahin un word na STOP?
