If buying from a used car lot, you're most likely to encounter buy-and-sell pros who are experts at all kinds of "magic". But it's also a case-to-case basis. May mga unscrupulous at meron matino. Swerte ako noon at nakatyempo ako ng matino. Nevertheless here are some tips:
- Always bring a mechanic who can inspect the car thoroughly - whether you buy from a used car lot or from a private seller. Many unscrupulous buy-&-sell pros work from their homes also.
- Ask for copies of OR & CR and check w/ LTO
- If casa maintained, ask for service records and see if odometer readings match. Do some fuzzy math if distance traveled from last service to the time you're buying is incredible or not.
- Check out web sites for tips on buying a used car. Most apply to US markets but many tips can be applied locally.

if you know nothing about cars and car conditions (tulad ko ), huwag maglakas loob bumili na walang kasamang mekaniko to thoroughly check the vehicle. .
as much as possible, stay away from used car lots. . .tama si jack flash, maraming "magic"

November 1st, 2009 11:52 PM #26Both analog and digital odometer can now be tampered. Most if not all car dealers does this. Kaya dont be fooled by the low millage selling point, its better to buy from direct sellers.

Can the mods here ban him or remove his ads? He has multiple cars for sale that are most likely tampered also.
