There are lots of scammers posting their trades in the web. Sa hirap ng buhay e lahat gagawin para kumita . . . which is not a good thing to do. Pinaghirapan din ng kustomer ang perang pinambili niya. We should always be extra cautious when dealing with strangers.

I hope the police will get to you first Babiera (if that's your real name) before a trigger-fingered unhappy customer decides to get even with you.

+1... internat shopping is relatively new to the ph... kaya doble ingat talaga sa transaction... pero could this be considered e-sales... pagkakaintindi ko posting lang to sa sulit then regular transaction sila...

i doubt if you can get your money back or if it is worth it na magkakasuhan pa kayo. hindi naman covered ng DTI or some law ang mga goods na bought from the internet, much more second hand goods.

the only way you can get your money back is pag nag agree kayo. or else, charge it to experience. for electronics, much better to get it at reputable shops where there is warranty.

No offense but that's the reason why there are so many thieves and corrupt people(i.e. kotong cops) in our country, due to the ignorance of the law and tolerance of crime. If we research the Philippines law you'll know that you can sue everyone for any reasons, such as causing a disturbance within your street for turning a radio out loud early in the morning before 9am.. Anyway back to the topic;
His case is covered under the or similar to the criminal law like swindling. I can't specify exactly but I know it is under that category.

magandang gabi mga ka tsikot. ako po ang nag post ng beware na yan sa sulit. Naayos na po namin ni mark ang problema. eto po yun continuation nyan sa sulit:

nagkaroon kami misunderstanding pero naayos na he made a good move,volunteered to meet up again and allowed me to return the item and likewise he returned my money. he also gave me a prayer book/rosary/healing oil from st.peregrine church (where his mother is an active member) for my sick mother and sick sister. And the surprising part is that we found out that my lolo is his grandma's brother. i realized na cguro naging way yung transaction namin para ma trace na magkamaganak kami(long lost). now, i can call him insan hehehe

nagkausap ang mother ko at papa ni mark after so many years nun araw na padating ang bagyong pepeng nun magkaayos kami ni mark- at pati kamag anak namin na nasa baguio. sa oct 26 magkikita kami ng family ni mark dito sa lugar namin at pati kamag anak namin sa baguio kase simula nun namatay mga lolo at lola namin wala na communications mga kamag anak namin eto lang after so many years na nagkamatayn na rin karamihan sa mga relatives namin, siguro po naging way yun transaction na yun para magkita kita kami na magkakamag anak na di magkakakilala sa matagal na matagl na panahon.
