Why not use small, people friendly dogs? Like "Momo" a certified Japanese Police Dog....

Mahilig kasi sa aso yung babae. Siguro me scent na aso na kaya ayun sinakmal ng K9.

Babala....huwag tatanga-tanga at hahawak ng aso lalo na kung amoy aso ka na!

At pinakita sa TV mahilig nga siya sa aso. I guess she has a dog scent with her. And she acted in a way the K9 interpreted as aggressive.
