    Avoid giving food na din.

Tinatapon lang nila yun. Takot daw sila kasi baka lason...

Dati kumakain ako ng crackers habang nakaupo sa bangketa, may lumapit na bata sakin nanghihingi ng barya. I just gave him the rest of my crackers (tatlo naman sa isang balot yun diba).

While at the corner of Sta. Mesa and Araneta Avenue near SM Centerpoint, I saw a blind person being led by a boy to beg for money while the motorists are waiting for the turn signal. The blind guy i think was very disfigured. Mukhang nasunog yung mukha or some disfiguring disease. I don't think anyone will give money as you can't even bear to look at his face. I was about 20 feet away and i couldn't look. How much more if he taps on your door.

for me you dont give beggars money or cash(minsan naawa ako i give) if you have candies, or clean left over food from fast food, pede din yun or cookies or softdrinks na pinaginuman but be sure thats its clean at ala kayong infectious disease. kasi they would be no beggars if there wount be anyone giving them, our culture says that we help others (good karma) but would the event of helping them lead to a positive effect what if there would be using the money for bad acts or syndicates hold them captive, if we wants to help give to a responsible charity i suggest give it to Tzu Chi foundation, they give help unselfishly, i myself volunteers to helps as often as i could. peace

Dati nahingian na rin ako, isang teenager and a toddler, nawala raw pamasahe nilang pauwi ng laguna. Kabisado ko pa dati mga fares kaya nagbigay ako P75, sabi sakin kulang daw, I answered back na kandungin na lang yung bata, sinagot ba naman sa akin kailangan pa raw nila pangmeryenda, so I told her to return the P75 para palitan ko ng P100, pagbalik sakin ng pera iniwanan ko na kaagad sila.

they're a lot in the streets, mga batang puslit, blind old man with batang puslit, mid age lady with a baby, mid age lady with 2 babies, etc etc. Their carrier..."nanglilimos". Government Officials should take them to the right place, but somehow they don't.
