actually nararamdaman na yung effect ng project kahit ginagawa pa lang. from 4 lanes nagiging 2 lanes na lang after traffic light. naturally bottleneck. i'm not really sure how can this project help improve the situation. goodluck na lang!

Anybody here from the PICE (samahan ng mga civil engineers)? As an organization supportado ba nila si Bayani for the effectiveness of this project to improve traffic management?

I am not an egineer pero logic meron ako. Mas marami yun disadvantage versus benefit just for the current volume of traffic. Paano pa kaya in the next 2 years?

Napadaan ako dun sa construction site ng elevated U-turn the other day, pansin ko lang masyadong sharp yung paliko, baka di pwede dun yung mga malalaking truck at bus, mukhang sasabit sa paliko.

Napanood ko kagabi sa GMA 7 dun sa documentary show nila (kalimutan ko na title

), may isang segment ang discussion tungkol sa traffic particularly yung mga U-turn slots ng MMDA, dahil dito naungkat din yang elevated flyover na yan, ang daming tutol dyan kaya lang tigas ulo talaga to si BF kaya tinuloy pa rin. Nag-issue rin ng statement ang PICE na hindi nila inaayunan to, Pati DPWH tutol dito kaya MMDA ang nagpapagawa nito.

I believe the elevated U-turn slot at Kalayaan is now open. Anybody care to comment if it helped the traffic flow? Or is it still too early to tell...

stoplights are still intact, so basically traffic is the same as when they started construction.

hope to see an improvement when they start to remove the stoplights, especially the one before the intersection of kalayaan southbound which is for jeepneys doing a Uturn. ang gulo gulo ng mga jeep dito ..occupying 2-3 lanes of the northbound lane before doing a Uturn..
