    What the hell is Binay's problem? Alam ko na marami pa ring problema yung MMDA, but I have to admit that policy-wise, the agency under Bayani Fernando has done a lot to simplify the traffic system in Metro Manila. Pero itong si Binay parang na-iinsecure sa teritoryo niya at ginagawa tuloy lahat para i-sabotage yung mga MMDA programs. Baka naman kasi lumiit lang 'yung delihensya ng Makati City Hall sa traffic viloation fines.

    exactly. para matunog-tunog ang pangalan naman ni Mayor para hindi makalimutan siya sa susunod na halalan.

    Gusto niya atang maging "untouchable" ang Makati. walang makikialam, kahit sino.

    mayroon naman sya nagawa noon, kung ngayon Makati lang ang madaming extortionist na Mapsa, noon MMDA chief mas madami pa ang gumagawa ng pera

    Because of pride and god-complex. Ambitious and tenacious. Absolute power corrupts.

    The Binays are playing a musical chair with the position of mayor of Makati. If its not the prick who is at helm then its is his wife who subs in for him. The guy has been mayor since the eighties pa ata. The gov't need to amend the law, to make sure the mayor at some time need to vacate his/her position after a certain number of terms, whether they like it or not.

    PS: Si Tabako (aka Fidel Ramos) is as ambitious as Binay. Laaos na nga (si Ramos) pero pakialamero pa (like si Corikong aka Cory Aquino). :D

    diba may ganitong law na? kasi si tito lito (atienza), sabi nya last term na nya to.. so he's grooming his son-in-law, miles roces to campaign as mayor on the next election.. pero i could be wrong.. :D

    ah kaya pala namigay ng kape (style 3in1) si danny lacuna last saturday sa binondo. kape na may mukha niya at tatak ay "kape lacuna"...
    lacuna is the vice mayor of manila...

    OT: ano bang world champion ang napanaluhan ni Miles Roces? doon sa motorcade ni Pacquiao (kasama si JimRex) eh halos tabunan na nya dalawa... mas marami pa yata syang kaway kaysa kay Manny....also mula sa airport hanggang doon sa party para kay Pacquiao eh nakadikit sya lagi.

    3 consecutive terms lang pwede magserve ang isang local elected official. pero parang after another term, pwede na naman yatang tumakbo for the same position. ganun yata ang ginawa ni binay.
