just finished watching The Buzz thru tfc. they featured yung usong uso daw ngayon especially sa qc...ang BASAG KOTSE GANG.

ang pinupuntirya daw ang mga may bags at other valuable things inside. mas madami daw victims ay SUV owners.

they even showed a video footage of an actual pagbabasag ng window ng isang SUV.

sabi ng taga PNP, ang style daw, sisipain muna ang gulong ng kotse, tapos pag walang alarm, babasagin na ang window using a big boulder na nakabalot sa towel.

Tint will not deter them. Best way is to remove all bags from the cabin of the car. Place them in the trunk of the car so it cannot be seen through the windows of the car.

Just don't put anything fancy in plain view. And have a decent alarm with shock sensor(s).

yep especially laptops. yun lagi jackpot for them. also install an alarm system that has warning when someone touches the car.

Kung mag iiwan man ng laptop sa car pwede kabitan ng laptop lock at yung laptop bag naman ay may sariling padlock para may extra layer of security din kahit papaano.

tama, yung alarm na may shock sensor dapat.

ang pangit nga lang dun sa alarm na ganun, madampian lang ng konti, nag aalarm na....

Huwag ka na lang maglagay ng valuables sa kotse, rockiee.

That's the easiest way to avoid these kinds of actions. ;)

Ako I don't leave valuables in my car, ever. Tapos ... wala pa alarm yung sakin, kaya ingat talaga.

And one more thing, parking in secured places MIGHT help but these wont totally prevent theft. Pero atleast, mas safe ng onti kaysa sa unsafe places ka magpark.
