pero tama nga na madami ding red and regular plates na may escort and wang-wang pa na laging nagmamadali and nagcocounterflow.
Dapat lahat ng red plates nakasulat sa door anong department or agency sila so they can easily be identified at isumbong pag umabuso regardless kahit na sedan or SUV pa yan.
