Yeah pagkakaalam ko din ang personalized legal plates (non commemorative) ay 3 plates and 2 numbers lang.

Anyway, baka binago na nila ang rules pero baka ang ibig sabihin ni Camote ay may dinikit na color white sticker doon sa plates para matakpan iyong ibang characters. Oh well kung ganun nga PAUTOT NGA ITO!!!

i think it's personalized. wala lang ngang LTO sticker...:P

I agree. From the looks of it, notice the spacing. On the picture, it's obvious that the first letter and last digit were "erased", using acetone or laquer thinner. And yes, this is illegal.

Here's the ONLY format for regular vanity plates:

AAA-111
AAA 22

Note that the regular vanity plates use the "Rizal plate" background.

The special vanity plates on the other hand features a different background and is transferable. The mechanics are very similar to your average commemorative plates, where you still have a regular plate at the back and the special vanity plate on front.

I hope this clears everything out.

hindi personalized yan. sa "MATATAG NA REPUBLIKA" palang halata na. mas maganda ang lettering ng personalized plate kaysa normal na plate. tsaka kung personalized, DAPAT may sticker na "L", "M" o kaya "UV".

not a personalized plate, baka pinagawa lang sa banawe yan, nde lang nila cguro alam na pag personalized plate dapat walang "MATATAG NA REPUBLIKA" :D

plate is legal, and anyone who has purchased a brand new car and has never been assigned a plate can avail those kinds of plates for 25 thousand pesos at the Land Transportation Office... (Special Plates)

Tampered plate daw ito, sir. Mukhang binura yung first letter and last number.

At parang may zero na embossing dun sa last digit.
