di ko alam kung may napost na nito pero naiinis lang ako sa c5 pag galing ka slex papuntang intersection ng c5 grabe trafic, noon 5 lanes siya pero traffic parin e ngayon nilagayan nila ng elevated u-turn slot (under construction pa) e pano yun? mukang araw araw na traffic sa c5 tuwing rush hour nabawasan na ang lane naging 3 lanes nalang hmm mukang loko loko ang gumawa nito a, e kung gumawa nalang sila ng flyover mukang ok pa kaysa maglagay ka ng elevated u-turn slot,

Hay nako. Minsan na traffic ako diyan, it started from as far back as Ateneo/UP! Ang masakit nun, pagkita ko, the cause was a small Nawasa digging that took up two of the lanes!!!

It's worth a try (the elevated U-turn) as this is supposed to allow a proper U-turn pattern for the traffic flow as compared to the U-turns we commonly have. Of course the road is narrow now and traffic is slow as the project is still under construction.

mas cheaper ba ung pag contruct ng elevated u-turn slot?almost the same lang naman pag flyover, diretsuhin mo ung u-turn, eh di flyover na rin?

eh di ba mas grabe ung traffic coming from pasig/qc area ng C5 going south...pag rush hr sa umaga umaabot hangang tiendesitas...sometimes nde lang sa umaga, kahit middle of the day hangang sa umabot na sa rush hr sa gabi ulit and sometimes during weekends...

permanent u-turn slots are excessively large.

along commonwealth, there's one under construction. eats 2 lanes on one side, then takes FOUR lanes on the other. the logic of this is... retarded

Haay naku! kaya lang naman di matuloy yang flyover sa c5 dahil sa away ni BF at ni Binay. I remember a few years ago nung sinarado na yung C5-Kalayaan intersection at nagkaroon na lang ng u-turn slot after the said intersection, gumanda na ang traffic flow noon kaya lang nakialam pa tong pesteng Binay na to ayun pinabuksan ulit yung intersection kaya ayan, nagkaleche-leche na naman yung traffic dyan sa area na yan. Tapos nagkaroon pa ng pagtatalo yan si Binay at si BF di ko na lang matandaan who wanted what, pero sa pagkaalala ko isa sa kanila flyover ang gusto yung isa naman underpass ang gusto, ayan, dahil sa lintek na pagtatalo nila tayong mga motorists ang napeperhuwisyo araw araw.
