Yung kapatid ko used my name sa car loan, ever since, sila yung gumamit ng car na approved under name ko. However, nag-away kami and i heard binenta nila yung car sa iba. Now, psbank is calling me to inform na di pa bayad yung car (one month delayed na). I asked for the number of the buyer pero di nila binibigay.

Really need a legal advise on this. I dont know what to do

Bruh, as for my advise, Settle first the issue with your brother and everything will follow...

Those cars, money, propoerties and etc. are only good while you are still alive... pag wala kana, wala nang silbi yun...

For now, family matters ang importante talaga. Hold on to love to your family bruh... goodluck.

I’m sure his brother still love his own blood... hindi naman ito henious crime... may mga misunderstanding lang na pwede isettle and of course with the love and kindness as one family, it can be corrected...

Hello all, sorry for the late reply. So basically what happened was my brother asked a favor from me na magloan sila kotse ng asawa nya under my name. I agreed and signed the contract coz i fully trusted them na they would pay the car religiously. They even asked me to sign something, I'm not sure if deed of sale yun, para daw madali nalang transfer of property kapag ituturn over na yung sasakyan after 5 yrs.

Until now they wont answer to my calls and texts kung ano details nung buyer ng car, wala din akong any documentation on hand na may consent yung pag benta nila ng car sa iba.

it's a big problem for me coz im working in the banking industry and i know it will greatly affect my credit score.

I don't want to resort sana to legal process pero sobra nila kong ginigipit even if I helped them in the first place. Thanks for all your replies, greatly appreciated!

Agree. Go to the police. Tell them car was stolen by your brother. Have him arrested. Carnapping

When he tells who bought the car, sue the buyer for anti-fencing.

You are technically the owner of the loan.

first of all, sabi mo ginamit name mo.. so hindi ka pumirma pero under your name yung car? so pineke ang pirma.. pineke ang IDs at pineke ang financial docs.. just tell the bank hindi ikaw yung pumirma at hindi ikaw yung nag loan.. problema nang banko yan.. pano ka nakapag loan kung hindi ka naman pumipirma at nag su submit nang IDs and financial docs.
