attention central bank.. magpalabas naman kayo ng policy nyo regarding armored vehicles. at least malaman ng mga motorist na may batas pala na binabasihan ang mga abusadong driver ng armored vehicles. pag umasta kasi mga iyan daig pa ang fire truck na nagreresponde ng malaking sunog.

A similar incident happened 3 years back in Q.ave alongside Mcdo just past the underpass. A motorist was steaming mad because an armored van rammed his car. I saw it happen, it was intentional and that van didn't stop until lumabas yung owner ng car. The guards wielding their shotguns and armalite went out and harassed the guy. Some of them were even threatening the guy and aiming their guns at the guy. I stopped my suv and asked what happened and binastos ako ng security and told me "wag ka umepal!" and were coaxing their gun at me. I radioed the detachment sa q.ave and also Crame and when they came along........... tahimik nalang ang lahat. We all know what happens after that. REVOKED!!!
