E-tap card lane only - no e-tap card no entry

halos half of the time na dadaan ako dito sa lane na to, may nakabara na walang e-tap, and the guard had ask 3 to 4 vehicles behind that "genius" to back up cause he have to go to other lane.

what does this mean, pasaway ba talaga ilan sa motorista sa tin or illiterate?

usually it doesnt get on my nerves, ilang minuto lang naman delay sa travel time, no problem, pero kung palagi na lang eh nakakapikon na. dapat dyan hinuhuli na at kinukuha lisensya, disobeying traffic sign.

ang observation ko dito is malabo ang mata o may problema sa mata at di nabasa ang sign... kasi kahit naka red na X na ang toll gate eh tutuloy pa din and pag malapit na tska sisingit sa green (open toll gate)

Saka yung iba siguro mga dating driver at babyahe, hindi alam na may e-tap/e-pass na, tapos ang instinct pag may maiksi pila, dun agad.

well, sa dinadami ng na experience nating ganyan, i suppose no single car/driver made same mistake more than once? ang tingin ko naman sa problem is, 3 yung e-tap (all blue color signboard) but the other 2, accepts cash-exact. kaya baka hindi focus si mamang driver at akala nya nasa e-tap/cash lane sya. ako naman ang style ko dyan, sa cavitex lang ako nag e-tap, per sa coastal, lagi lang akong exact, pansin ko, mas mahaba/matagal lagi sa etap sa coastal. parang dun napakadami nag papa load ng tingi tingi lang.

Tama ngang bigyan sila ng E-Ngot lane...

It happened to me once when I stumbled upon the EC tag lane on NLEX. In my case, it had to do more with my unfamiliarity of the expressways as I only get to use one or the other maybe once a year, sometimes none at all. And every time, there's always something new about it.

Also, the blue "EC" LED signage is difficult to read from a fair amount of distance. By the time I could make out the letters, it was too late. Blue lights, as some of you may know, has been proven by science to be much harder to focus on because of their slightly incompatible wavelength with our eyes' retina.

But as I've said, this only happened once and soon after, I knew well enough to stay out of the lane where the blue LED lights are.
