First time ko nagpunta sa commonwealth last sunday and grabe na witness ko na mga bus swerving left and right without regard to other motorists. I was maintaining a driving speed of 60kph but these buses, thinking they own the entire stretch of that hiway, swerves not just on one lane but up to three or four lanes.
Punishment for these people should be harsh because they are a danger not just others but to themselves as well.

MANILA, Philippines—Five people were injured after a bus crashed into a jeepney and an Asian utility vehicle (AUV) in Quezon City Thursday morning, a city traffic official said.
Police officer 2 Alan Florendo of the Quezon City traffic bureau said the accident happened when a Fermina Express Bus (TXJ 868) driven by Morales Macario, rammed a UV Express service (UVH 961) driven by Ansari Dediculan and another passenger jeepney driven by Joel Corpuz along the eastbound lane of Commonwealth Avenue in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, around 9:20 a.m.
Investigators are looking into report that Macario hit the two other vehicles after he beat the red light.
Dediculan was among those injured. The other victims were identified as Michaela Shain Verde, Mirasol Quilicol, Antonette Morilla, Joana Rilloso and Joel Flores.
Florendo said the victims were rushed to hospital for medical treatment, but most of them have already been discharged.
Macario has been placed under police custody, Florendo said. Jamie Marie Elona

I still hate driving on Commonwealth. It feels just so... unnatural. This is because of the speed limit (yet buses and motorcycles are speeding past you), the marked-off lanes in the middle (but you still go on it anyway), the U-turns, etc.

Akala ko ba DOTC is going to install speed limiters into these buses?
