MacArthur Highway yata yan or sa tapat ng MCU?

lagi ako dumadaan dyan...badtrip nga yung mga tumatawid dyan..sesenyas yung MMDA ng go kana..tapos may pilit pa rin tatawid...(kahit nakaharang na ng lubid).

OT: Pansin ko lang, parang di na rin yata tinuturo sa (public & pvt) elementary/ high school sa mga bata kung paano tumawid ng kalye?..Eh halos lahat na yatang istudyante eh, di marunong tumawid?

naalala ko kasi nung elementary ako..sabi ng teacher ko wag kang tatakbo pag tumatawid..at tumingin ka muna kung may kotse bago ka tumawid..ganun ka simple lang di ba?

retired na yata ang mga titser na nagtuturo ng ganyan. iba na itinuturo ngayon ng titser. tingnan mo, halos mga estudyante ngayon, aktibista.

last week may nakita akong nasagasaan sounthbound ng quezon Ave flyover...

no blood, yong face ng mama, parang maskara na lang na walang laman... the puzzle was solved because a few meters away, andoon yong backshell (tama ba description ko?, parang half ng coconut shell)

malapit lang yon sa GMA, pero wala akong report na narinig.. next day nagreport sila ng nasagasaan elsewhere in Baclaran...

they should put up billboards indicating the number of pedestrians killed so far on a particular road. or maybe kelangan ipakulong ng 1 day ung mga ganyan para matuto

That's a great idea! :-D

Instead of "Bawal ang tao dito. Nakamamatay," they should erect signs that read, "Bawal ang tao dito, 10 na ang namatay." or something like that.

ako naman dati iba..... a pedestrian hit me....hehehe naka-park ako sa sidestreet nang greenhills dahil bumibili lang ng gamot si misis sa mercury drug... suddenly a man bump the side of our car.....natawa na lang akong bigla dahil ang laki laki nung area eh nabunggo pa sya sa akin.....panay kasi ang text eh.....hehehe binabaan ko nang salamin tapos sabi ko, pare wag mong gagawin yan kapag nasa may edsa ka at siguradong tepok ka nyan.....hehehe

ang hirap naman kasi dito sa atin... yung kotse ang umiilag sa tao... at hindi yung tao ang umiilag sa kotse. at pag tinamaan mo naman sila, eh ikaw ang may sala.

Hay nako... you don't have to go to EDSA or C5 to experience pedestrian headaches. Dun ka lang sa intersection.

Imagine you're trying to turn right. Siempre nakatingin ka sa left waiting for the coast to be clear. When all is clear, kakanan ka na. But NOhhhh... you still have to look to your right just to be sure that no pedestrian decides cross the street or WORSE, flag down a cab/jeep/fx while using your car as a barrier that allows them to wait for their ride in the middle of the streets.

Of course sanay ka na diba? So you look right just to be sure na walang nag-aabang. Then you turn right. But nye! Somebody crossed the street from your left and almost got hit by your left fender.
