Try mo sa branches ng Hahn Manila, di ko lang alam kung magkano sya. During gun shows madami din booths na may bentang stun gun.

hann manila sells stun guns, pero medyo pricey,

a friend of mine sold me one for 2500. medyo bulky but malaks yung spark at putok parang 5-star... gave to my gf, told her to always bring it with her when she drives, anything happens stun muna questions later.
