Update mula sa news kanina: It's XTW 280, and it's a Toyota Hilux under the name of a certain Charito(?) Angeles in Hillsborough, and the driver that night was an Oliver Angeles.

Said vehicle no longer seen in the area after the incident.

Might've gotten the name wrong.
