October 4th, 2005 10:24 AM #7A 900 peso price floor should be implemented on all pre-paid simcars that don't come with a phone. The extra revenue should go to... whatever, don't care.
Call me whatever politically-related derogatory term you like, but these ultra-cheap sim cars have done more harm than good. For example:
+63xxxyyyzzzz: Hi chris hir dis is my new no.
1 week later: +63zzzaaabbbb: hi chris hir dis is my 2nd sim
2 weeks later: +63yyyzzzaaaa: hi chris hir my new no.
And so on...
Why bother!
Then we have these scammers... these prepaid sim cards at sarisari store prices make texting much like the Internet - anonymous and ambiguous.
Your average teenage girl around here either doesn't have any of those, or doesn't have access to them.

Chances are naman, random numbers yung pinapadalhan nya.
