I saw this for sale 3 door Pajero in Caloocan.Muntik na mabangga nung Pajero yung nasa likod niya dahil nagovertake yung Jazz sa left side kaso magtuturn left yung Pajero.
Kala ko nun nakafold lang yung isa DALAWA pala ang nakafold.

GS,
From your story, it still would be the Jazz's fault because if the Pajero was turning left, it would be in the leftmost lane, and if the Jazz were to overtake the Pajero on the left, it would be counterflowing against oncoming traffic.

Well, if the Pajero wasn't signalling to make a left or was driving erratically, then there could have been a reason for the Jazz to overtake. However, if the Pajero, despite not signalling, were in that position and was at a stop or was rolling to one, then the Jazz should have anticipated the left turn.
Sometimes the use of turn signals are as confusing as their non-use. Some drivers will signal, but will not follow through with the turn. Others will turn but will keep the signal on even after making the turn, while others will not signal and just turn. It might be better for one to observe how the car in front of him reacts. That would be a better indicator of where he plans to go, rather that just rely on the turn signal.
