If VIPs will request for it in advance i believe they will be allowed. Problem in this case basta na lang sila nag exit. Everything has an exemption hinde porke yun Ang policy pwedeng pwede siya padaanin doon kung maayos siguro nag paalam.

Let's say si Pnoy dadaan doon? Don't tell me hinde siya papayagan dahil yun Ang policy nila? Coordination lang dapat.

Yan ang punto ni taberna. Ang batas walang isip. Ang tagapag patupad may isip.

    Commonsense ika nga.

Well for lang. He know how to follow the rules eh.

Before i forget, laking squatter si noggy in pio del pilar, makati collecting kanin baboy. This is where likely why he don't understand humility and got his arrogant behavior. In the province when still a kid, sa tabing dagat sila nakatira kaya dito nya nakuha ang kulay nya.

NYC Mayor Bloomberg takes the subway on his way to work... at certain times just by himself.

    http://nypost.com/2012/11/05/bloombe...rning-commute/

He is extremely wealthy, has a lot of political enemies, and manages the most targeted city by international terrorists. Why it is unlikely that Philippine politicians just be a humble public servant?

It's good that they do not do this here. Imagine, if this person also takes MRT, commuters will be asked to evacuate an entire coach "courteously".

This made my morning: EXCLUSIVE: BINAY?S UMBRELLA BREAKS ITS SILENCE ON DASMA GATE | The Professional Heckler

EXCLUSIVE: BINAY’S UMBRELLA BREAKS ITS SILENCE ON DASMA GATE
    22
    12
    2013
THE BINAY SIBLINGS, a mayor and a senator have spoken. The security agency, and the villagers have also released their respective statements. Today, we’ll hear from one of the witnesses whose name has been unfairly dragged into the Dasma Gate controversy.

    Please welcome… ang PAYONG.

    Untitled2a

    So bakit kailangang lumabas ka?

    That’s really weird.

    Kayo ho ang nagsabi n’yan.

    Untitled2a

Patakaran ho ‘yan.”

    “Nakikita mo ba ako?”

    “Oho sir. Pero bawal talaga.”

“Sigurado ka bang nakikita mo ako?”

“Oo naman sir. May ilaw naman eh.”

“Sige nga. Kung talagang nakikita mo ako… lugar ba ako?”

    “Hindi!”

    “Bagay?”

    “Hindi!”

    “Hayop?”

    “Pwede!”

“T*ng-ina ka ah. Binabastos mo ba ako?”

“Sir, kahit guard ho ako, nag-take naman ako ng Biology noong high school. Ang humans ay hayop din, right? RIGHT!”

‘k. Ituloy na natin! Pagkain ba ako?

    “Hindi!”

    “Anak ba ako ng pulitiko?”

    “Oo!”

“Anak ba ako ng susunod na presidente?”

    “Assuming!”

“Ulol! Member ba ako ng political dynasty?”

    “Naman!”

“Gago ka ah! Oo o Hindi lang! Political dynasty ba kami?”

    “Pass!”

    “Sino ako?”

“Tanga ba kayo sir? Oo o Hindi questions lang!”

“Sorry naman. May kapatid ba akong senadora?”

    “Sort of!”

“Tarantado! Anong sort of? Inuulit ko: may kapatid ba akong senadora?”

“Oo!

Naku! Time’s up na sir!”

“Ayaw n’yo talaga akong padaanin?

    Untitled2a
Ibig sabihin, talagang binitiwan ng amo mo ang linyang, “Hindi n’yo ba ako nakikilala?”

To be fair ho kay Mayor, naabutan siya ng time bago niya itinanong ‘yon.

May choice ba sila? Ayaw kong sagutin ‘yan. Mahirap na. Ang sarap-sarap ng buhay na tahimik ‘noh!

May nagpapatanong nga pala, bakit daw blue and white ka?

May na-mention pang komedyanteng kamukha raw. Eh ‘di kayo na ang perfect! Pati kulay ng balat pinagdidiskitahan. That’s racism!

    Racism agad-agad?

Naku! I have to go na ho. May nag-text! “Dear Payong, Umuwi ka na. Natatae ako. – Mayor.” BYE!

Mon Tulfo may have been a little too hasty...

    ON TARGET
    VP Jojo Binay’s ‘death warrant’
    By Ramon Tulfo
    Philippine Daily Inquirer
    4:21 am | Tuesday, December 24th, 2013

Vice President Jejomar Binay has signed his death warrant as far as politics is concerned when he defended his son, Makati Mayor Junjun, who has been depicted as “abusive” in the Dasmariñas Village incident.

The elder Binay, considered unbeatable for the presidency in 2016, is now dead politically.

Former Sen. Freddie Webb, then very popular among the masses because of his exploits in the basketball court with a promising television career, suffered a humiliating defeat when he ran for reelection after he said his son Hubert, one of the respondents in the Vizconde massacre case, was innocent.

The killings that happened in June 1991 was then dubbed the “crime of the century.”

The public perception was that Hubert and his coaccused were guilty, but a Supreme Court ruling later said they were innocent.
If Freddie Webb, whose son’s guilt had yet to be determined by the courts, got the ire of the public for defending Hubert, how much more Jejomar Binay whose son’s behavior was captured on video!

Vice President Binay said his son deserved “a little courtesy” from the security guards at the Dasmariñas gate who didn’t let his convoy through.

It was a classic statement of entitlement. It reminds us of then Senate President Jose Avelino who defended abuse of power by politicians in his time with the infamous statement, “What are we in power for?”

    * * *

The Binay children, Mayor Junjun and Senator Nancy, had the security guards detained by the Makati police for hours.
Those guards belong to the tsinelas-wearing masa that put the Binays in office.

Junjun and Nancy have apparently forgotten the humble beginnings of their father.

Jejomar was a poor boy who grew up in the red light district at the boundary of Pasay and Makati cities. The place is gone now.
If you believe old-timers’ tales, one story goes that as a young boy, the then-mayor allegedly washed bed pans for some ladies of the night.

    * * *

The Makati police say the guards were not arrested but willingly went with them to the station.
Who are they trying to fool?

A police “invitation” to the station is tantamount to an arrest without a warrant.

A civilian who doesn’t accept the “invitation” is liable to get roughed up or shot.
