gud pm, anyone here could possibly decode my fuzion's chassis number A6014113. I was thinking why is it not the standard 17 characters.
dr.a
get the answer straight from the manufacturer MITSUBISHI MOTORS | Contact Us
good luck sa laban nyo, TS.
pero, hoping you get what you deserve in the end
Hahaha! Kaya pala. According to union motors paco " your concern on the manufacturing dates of the seatbelts has nothing to do with the year model of the car. When we talk of the year model, we mean the make ( outside appearance ) and new features of the unit." i was shocked! So expect from them that consumer will not received 100% fresh brand new unit.
baka mag nervous breakdown ka pag nalaman mo when the Mitsubishi 4G64 engine was made
in other countries the Fuzion is known as the Zinger
by 2009 Zingers already have 4G69 MIVEC engine
so if your 2010 Fuzion has 4G64 engine, it's a pre-2009 model

and when buying the next car check the manufacture year of every single part pati mga tornilyo
Palitan or ibenta ang sasakyan nya? Pinaghirapang pera nya yun and he deserves a quality car because he bought it BRAND NEW!
so the seatbelts of all cars more than 10 yrs old are no longer safe?
so lahat ng sasakyan na more than 10 yrs old kailangan palitan ng new seatbelts?
So dahil sa isang NOS na part, which I believe is still working and not faulty, and you noticed it after 2 years of using the car, you sued the manufacturer and asking for a brand new replacement car?
And do you expect every parts in a new car are all brand new and manufactured in the same date you purchased it?
Hiring a lawyer and spending time for this case cost money.
as long na mahusay pa ang kalagayan ng seat-belt pati yung retractor nya is good to go.
What the TS is concerned is he bought a new vehicle so dapat, upto-date din ang safety features nito.
thanks to all tsikoteers who felt our sentiments. join us and be vigilant to fight our rights as consumers.
our family consider a car as our second home. when safety is at risk would you still drive an unsafe car with your family. yes or no.
If I considered it unsafe, then I'll replace it that suits my needs asap. No need to sue the manufacturer. From the money that I can saved from a lawsuit(attys fee, court fee, etc.), I can use it to buy a better and safer car for my family.
If you have a lot of money to burn for the lawsuit, then goodluck and may the force be with you.
