    minsan may mga bagay na di natin pinapansin, dahil maliit lang. but in this case it happened to be a big thing. it is clearly stated on the safety seatbelts tag mfg. dates and vividly shows yellowish discoloration to brown because the strap supposedly cream in color.

    actually plain and simple as selling pre owned cars of employees (but still unregistered) as bnew...
    bmw's management knows this... but they include an additional discount.. good thing they inform the customer its a used car..

    what if other brands does this but does not inform the customer?

    ang kapal nga ng mukha ng union motors paco, they ignored my lawyer's demand letter and we are now filling to the court for estafa case.

    You ask for second opinion sa ibang abogado kung ano chance ng kaso?

    Pagkakaalam ko pagkatanggap ng car ay may pinipirmahan tayo na "receive the item in good condition"? Baka pati abogado mo e maisahan ka?

    be sure manalo kayo sa kaso kasi my balik yan ikaw naman sasampahan ng kaso perjury, based in my experience okey lang kung marami ka namang pera, Luma narin kasi tawag sa unit mo kasi morethan a year mo ng ginamit then my nadiscover kang dumi sa mudguard gusto mo palitan ng brandnew unit, kung 1week palang ang unit puwede pa, morethan a year na yan di ka paniniwalaan diyan kasi ginagamit mo yan. sana manalo kayo sa kaso, maraming mag fi file ng ganyan kaso pag nanalo kayo, opinyon ko lang ito bro...

    Yes, i bought a brandnew mitsubishi fuzion gls at 2010 with 1998 safety seatbelts worth 1.1 million pesos from union motors corporation paco manila. Ang galing talaga!!! According to them " safety standard that may or may not changed in terms of design and upgrading the vehicle".
