first car ko is not a car but toyota tamaraw, 79 model with a 4K engine. sus, dami ko natutuhang kalikutin dito but in all year that i was driving this, ni minsan di pa ako itinirik sa kalsada. then, i have this body repaired at inuwi ko na sa probinsiya. siya ngayon ang kabayo doon. first real car was 93 corolla gli, acquired 2000 and up to now, still in good condition.

my first car was a brand new car, i think it was a hatchback, dat was 11 years ago... naalala ka pa noon pangit na pangit ako sa oto ko hehhe kasi parang ang wierd ng itsura, tapos lahat ng mga katarantaduhan sa oto doon ko ginawa na hindi dapat gawin back then when i was a kid ,,, hayyyyy..... bringing back the memoriessss.....

mitsubishi colt mirage '81...2nd hand. 1st owner is dada lorenzana. (former newscaster ata sa channel 2) kasing tanda ko itong kotseng ito. i sold it to my neighbor. still in mint condition.

2nd hand 87 lancer gt. got it way back 1992, sold it in 96. Mods - compressed yung srpings naka 15in 50 tires, header and muff, air cleaner (yung parang steelwool, kalimutan ko na kung ano tawag dun). upgraded sound set-up, 12-in wood steering wheel kaka pagod mag-drive hehe. Good thing is nabenta ko parin ng medyo maganda presyo nung car, pang downpayment.

Mine is a 2005 Honda Civic Vti-S MT, got no regrets when I got it last September, cause I need a car immediately... I think it's a good choice over an Altis (which is now a taxi/patrol car), a Vios (also a taxi), an Optra (a patrol car) and Mazda 3 (though I love the looks, it just does'nt come with an MT variant.. tsk tsk)... In a few months time, when the 2006 Civic comes, hindi na mainit sa mata ng carjackers ang auto ko...

My parents let me use our old 2dr Datsun 180B to learn on. I'm not sure wether it was a 72' or 74' model. Either way, the only thing it lacked was powersteering, which was hell when you had to make a u-turn on a narrow street. It had a 1.8L engine na malakas sa gas, and independent suspension which gave it a comfortable ride.

After a couple of cars in between, Sentra SGX and Mazda 323, and after getting married, I finally bought a car that I own(and not handed to me), a 96' Sentra LEC.

So, first car to drive: Datsun 180B; first car to own: Sentra LEC

mine is a 1972 VW 1302s, 1600 cc, dual carb, top-down, in 15" banana type rota wheels, tapos walang rear seats, dahil dalawang 12" subs ang nakalagay.

The first all new car I ever bought is a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo which is really a first-generation Mitsubishi Eclipse. I still have it and the HKS Stage 4 mod bumped hp from 190 stock to 280:

1979 mitsubishi lancer. hari ng overheat! pag nagbukas ka ng aircon, halos sigurado na, aakyat na water temp. lagi ako nagdadala ng galon ng tubig para lang sa kotseng ito. buti na lang hindi masyado matraffic dati (late 1980's).

sa mga nakahawak ng 70's lancer dati, ibang klase ang pag-reverse ng gear. kelangan mong iturok!
