Either one should fit... depending on the Honda in question.

205 - width of tire in millimeters
45 - aspect ration - sidewall of the tire as a percentage of its width (in this case, 45% of 205mm)
16 - diameter of wheel in inches.

I've had both sizes. The 205/45-16 is slightly smaller, by about 1/2" overall.
