what car freshener are you using???

mura lang yung ionizer na nabili ko..around P400 lang. made in taiwan. i forgot the brand, but it came with a green box. its like a longer version of the car lighter pero may orange light sa dulo. i figured if it lasts me for 4 months, then break even ako sa air freshner expenses ko. ive owned it for 2 months and no problem pa naman.

tried ambi pure siguro mga 3 bottles, in fairness mabango talaga pero parang mahina ang amoy, so switch back to california scent, new port/laguna breeze

just got ionizer.it works!kakabit ko lang then i had 2 whip up pesto 4 20 pipol & bring it 2 my in-law's house.e basil has a really strong aroma w/c usually overpowers anything & lingers in ur car kahit tinanggal mo na.while on d road w/ d pesto in d car,d ionizer kept d smell 2 a minimum,tapos wen i got der,i just cooled down d car 4 5 min (diesel kc) den turnd d engine off.wala na ung amoy ng pesto!consdrng na carnival ung ride ko & d pesto was on d odr end of d car in d baggage area,that's quite a feat!

IMO, "air fresheners" do not really freshen the air. Mas appropriate siguro tawagin na lang sila na "scent" kasi nilalagyan lang nila ng scent ang interior ng ride. Moreover, kung may foul smell, di rin nila tinatanggal yung micro organisms causing that foul smell but rather cover them up. What I really do not like about them is that their scent remains on the interior of the car, maaring sa umpisa e mabango, pero katagalan nagiging pungy yung smell, ang sakit sa ilong and HINDI FRESH ang amoy ng car. Totoo rin yung side effect nila sa acu, since sticky yung molecules nila, they tend to stick sa fins ng evaporator & collect dust in the process causing faster build up of air obstruction.

I do not use "air freshener" sa car. Basta palagi malinis, the car remains FRESH smelling lalo na kapag sumasakay si misis (ang bango nya kasi e). Plus factor din yung di ako nag-smoke & I don't allow passengers to smoke in my ride. Seldom din kami kumakain inside the car & if ever kumain man, dispose agad ng packaging and leftovers sa next gas station trash bin.

Nevertheless, I might try the ionizer and look into the dried eucaliptus.

Nitrox, I saw the same ionizer na binanggit mo, pero sa Handyman and the cost is P500+. Makahanap nga sa Banawe.

gumamit ka ng cali scents coronado cherry, tapos dalawahin mo! ewan ko lang kung di pa mawawala yung amoy ng yosi ehehe :lol:

gamit ko ngayon, 2 cali scents na newport new car, tanggal amoy ng yosi, kung meron pa rin, tinatapat ko sa aircon ng sabay para mas malakas yung amoy ehehe!

I use a few broken pieces of CHARCOAL (ULING), neatly placed in used air freshener plastic container (glade).

Ok sya, no strong air fresherner scent but aborbs all unwanted odors that are trapped in the my car's cabins.

Best of all, cost is almost minimal and effectivity last a very, very, long time!
