from what i know, conduction stickers can be removed, after having completed all the necessary documentsand papers, like registration, plate number, stickers

Not removing the conduction stickers is akin to wearing clothes with the paper tags still on them.

Conduction Stickers are issued to car dealers for brand new car that is not registered to a specific car owner.
Once it is sold, it will be registered to LTO and a permanent Plate NO.will be issued.
Once you have your plate no. you can removed the conduction sticker.

it's not perfect, but i use it to help determine if the used vehicle is a grey import or not, without having to ask for documents or talk to the sellers..
