i got there around 12:30 i think; nagparking lang ako sa bangketa not too far from the venue(free!) although when i left at around 2:30 medyo puno na


btw, confirmed na me Tough Truck even din dun. problem is, the course itself e nakaharap ata sa C-5, no clear view of the course from the spectator area. i did manage to get up close and personal with the rigs themselves. nakakatakot pala pag nakaharap mo sa daan B)

nagpunta ko mga 2:30pm ata yun, tpos park sa hypermart and walk to silvercity, my observation, mainit yung place pinagpawisan tlga ako, lalo na sa ilalim parang yung sa tokyo drift yung sa baba, wala din aircon at medyo madilim, wala pang 20mins umuwi nko, pero ganda ng FD dun at mga 7th gen

yup it's definitely hot sa ilalim... pero tapos na ang street category sa baba... yung mga pros nalang ang display tomorrow sa 2nd floor.

nice cars... lotsa entries ha!!! yun nga lang ang init, maalikabok mostly yung sa basement, kulob na kulob,.. but then again, it's worth the look!!

We went there this afternoon pero nanood muna ng Tough Truck Challenge. Grabe init! Nice show pero sayang mas maganda nung Saturday kasi 250 cars. We also had a chance to drive the Kia Sportage.

A total of 209 daily driven cars competed in the Street category and 35 for the Pro category for a total of 244 cars. This excluding the sponsors and other display cars both in and outside of the venue. The mark surpassed last years 198 entrys. A total of 112 awards were given away.

209 cars competed in the street category? Yung 'street category' yan ba yung nasa baba nakadisplay? If yes, parang less than forty (40) cars lang yung nakita ko sa baba nung day one, and even less nung day two.

PS: I liked the old venue better, masmaganda pag open parking para hindi mainit. Tsaka madaming mga show quality cars last year na nakapark sa tabi-tabi na hindi kasali sa show, kaya feeling ng mga tao ang daming showcars.

Bry: Ditto, when I went there, less than 20 siguro nakapark sa baba, super dark and dusty, so we went up to the 2nd floor, kala namin event parking or something sa 1st floor.

Having 2 separate floors kinda killed the atmosphere and the ambiance of a car show.

Still a great effort, I'm sure it can be improved upon... Might be more fun if the venue was inside tiendesitas itself hehe. Kahit palibot ng parking sa loob.

Yup, very good effort. But still a lot of room for improvement. One more thing.... Get more girls next year!
