You have a problem on your fan blade. Blade pitch is the angle of the fan blade in relation to the air stream, it is measured in inches from the fan mounting surface to the height of the leading edge of the blade. Increases in blade pitch are more effective in improving airflow at a given rpm but excessive pitch angles create some concern about vibration.

If you have noticed the tips of the fan blade they are curled back, this causes the air to move in a rearward direction instead of flying off the ends. You can compare the old blade of your car, the one you replaced and see the difference. This increases pressure behind the fan, rather than slung radial outward this wiil cause the vibration.

try switching your new fan blade from your old fan blade only.
