We already have www.tsikot.net a database for local automotive shops, dealers, clubs etc... feel free to add and list there your recommended shops.

Idea:
Would it be possible for Tsikot.com to have a readily available list /directory of highly recommended car maintenance shops, parts stores, service stations, gas stations and the like, put altogether?

Objective:
For one, the membership to Tsikot is really growing now. I, myself, like to read your tips and experiences on the best way to care for our cars. I too, would want, given the time, to try out the shops you recommend. Perhaps the others may have the same sentiments that I have. Later on, this could even be a good opportunity for the other Tsikot members who own shops and gas stations.

When we have long trips, or happen to drop by a certain area, it would help us to get access the nearest possible shop or filling station whenever the need arises.

Just a thought.

let's start one here...

WEST TYRE in west ave. is a good place to get michelin, dunlop, and yokohama tires (i think they have other brands too). yung foreman dun, si nelson, is nice to talk to and the shop is fair... sigurado walang lokohan sa service. (i know the owners of the place, which i found out i knew them after i bought a pair of tires)

HONDA SHAW is the best honda casa... but only because it's connected with the Honda Club of the Philippines. si ramrac super bait...

G & S auto supply is the shop of glenn10...

meron ding diesel specialty shops sina Hanson at si doc diesel ata, mga tsikot members yun...

auto_Xer deals with K&N filters and engines i think...

Si boknoyxtrm2001 may talyer din sa bandang south. AWTO-FIT ang pangalan. Wala po sa akin ang number but you can call him at +639178150594 for any inquiries. Specialty po nila ang Isuzu but they will accept other brands as they see fit.

AIRCON SHOP:

Yung kay Mang Mario Reyes sa Fort Santiago St. Bago Bantay, Q.C. malapit sa likod ng SM North EDSA. If you can't find it, just ask the tricycle drivers sa SM NE. Bahay niya po ito so he is there almost all the time. Just be there early. Grabe ang pila. Akala mo may artistang darating esp. on weekends.

meron akong alam sa cavite nakalimutan ko lang yung pngalan.
basta pag galing ka ng st. dominic hospital turn right sa tabi ng sm bacoor tapos abou 1 to 2 km. nasa left side siya.
dun nagpapagawa yung mga old school drag racers magaling din sila sa engine swap kaso medyo mahal lang yung presyo at may pangalan na daw sila or so they say.
dun ako dati bumili ng twin side carb pero di ko dun pinakabit at ang taas nila maningil.
