Incase na bibili na ako ng sasakyan this week ay bukod sa car anong mga papers makukuha ko? Meron na bang LTO na resebo makukuha or resebo galing sa dealership? Pasensiya na po sa maraming tanong.

Certificate of stock reported at CTPL po kailangan kasama ng sales invoice for the 1st 7 days or until dumating OR/CR mo sir.

IIRC Hindi agad maibibigay yung CSR

Meron ako agad sir pagkakuha ko nung akin sa honda. Pati yung CTPL nabigay din since in house insurance ako. Sabi sa akin required daw yung CSR bago lumabas ng planta yung car.

What I'm thinking kase is ipareceive pa Lang yun sa LTO once the unit is sold already.

Oh well Baka I'm mistaken, saken kase to follow pa yun kinulit ko pa bago maibigay.

About the CTPL, in house ka pala Kaya nakuha mo din agad.

Hindi sir. CSR ay kailangan once the unit is manufactured. For taxation purposes ata sa side ng planta. Once car is sold, requirement yung CSR for the initial registration.

To sir Sayu:
CTPL - compulsary third party liability

Required yan once you start driving your car. Serves as your compliance to civil resposibility/liability.
