CSR - certificate of stock reported.

It is one of the docs na dapat meron ka in case you get flagged down by any law enforcement personnel. Let's say nahuli ka dahil may violation ka or na-spot check ka lang ng pulis/LTO.

Why do they ask for it? - It is one of the docs required for the initial registration of a brand new car. So it serves as proof na nasimulan na (or sisimulan pa lang) ng dealer ang registration process.

Other docs required for initial registration that should also be in your possession are the sales invoice and the CTPL (back read a little for CTPL).

After 7days, the CSR and the sales invoice should be replaced by the OR/CR. But this almost never happens. Mine took 15 days bago dumating ang OR/CR. Some friends got theirs after more than a month.

Yes, AFAIK. I dont know if there's a way to extend it without purchasing a new one.

Conduction sticker. Sticker on your glass (windshield / rear glass) may alpha numeric. It will serve as a temporary plate also.

Dapat icheck? May checklist yan kasama pag nirelease sayo, inspect the whole car, paint, body. Electricals, tools, spare tire and other inclusions na napag usapan niyo.

Yes yearly renewal ng insurance.

Rustproofed na ang sasakyan paglabas ng planta. Iba siya sa undercoat. No need for that, pero kung libre why not.

Yes. It loses its purpose pagdating ng plaka. But removing it *may* reduce the car's resale value. Some buyers look for the conduction stickers as proof na di pa nababasag windshield.

Honestly I don't mind if walang conduction sticker yung bibilhin ko na 2nd hand, madali lang naman kasi alisin.

Besides nabasagan man, as long as napalitan naman its fine to me.

Pero walang notion for me na pag walang sticker eh may untoward agad na nangyare.

Actually sir, pati yung "OK! Honda" or something na nakadikit sa windows tinago ko na din haha. Nilagay ko pa sa folder. Para if ever ibenta ko yung auto at may naghanap, dikit ko lang uli.
