pag nagswap po ng vehicle ano ano po yung mga papeles na ihanda?

OR,CR , Deed of sale (2nd hand po kasi nung nakuha ko to e)

yup. mali ang posting mo. dapat sa car talk.
anyway. swapping a vehicle is almost the same as buying or selling a second hand vehicle.

you need the OR/CR and the Deed of Sale. The deed of sale should contain in detail that it is swapped and that either the owner/buyer paid some amount to compensate the value of the vehicle being swapped.
