kung trade in iyan at dagdag ka ng 150 kunin mo na just make sure na A1 condition ang makina(di sumabog, di ginamit sa drag racing, walang problema)...mas maganda kung ma test drive mo rin yung SiR na kukunin mo....
kung palit exterior at makina yung sinasabi mo then go for it since may budget ka naman...just have it done sa reputable shops

kung looks, iba ang trnk, tail lights, front and rear bumper, pati grill and headlights ng SiR sa 97 VTi.
B16 DOHC VTEC yung SiR (160hp)
D16 SOHC VTEC yung VTi (125hp?)

I'd definitely sell a 97 VTi to get a 99-00 SiR... but I'd go for one in good condition, even if I had to pay up to 500k.
The B16 is definitely a stronger engine, both in power and durability (hve yet to see anyone break a D16, though!), and fuel consumption is not much different... it's a good deal, and the extra power will make you smile that 1% of the time when you will actually use it. :D
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

yeah go sell ur Vti for a 99SIr. its definitely worth it!
iba tlga porma nun Sir, it looks more aggressive, plus u get a monster 1600 engine, 4wheel disc brakes, stock strut bar, nice 15" stock mags. pag nakakuha ka ng stock, lowering springs lang, ayos kna ;)
This was suppose to be my plan when i sold my civic esi 2 months ago, but unfortunately my dad wont let me get a 2nd hand. gusto nya un bago nadaw...(ok nmn sakin un current civic eh, but m still hopin that i can convince him cuz january pako bibili) matagal ko na din gusto yang Sir, prang ayaw lng ibigay ng diyos sakin haha!
benta mona un Vti mo, kuha natyo ng Sir. once you drive it, u'll realize that your 150k is really worth it! ;)

December 7th, 2004 05:14 PM #20kung kakarera ka, go for it. pero if you're only for the looks, forget it. you're getting basically the same car but with a different engine. so useless if you're gonna use the power really. get another car nalang like an accord or cefiro na 2nd hand din. just my 2 cents worth.
Choice I would have made as well.
