    I was thinking of getting a small car for everyday driving... ang mahal na kasi ng gas! Here are my choices:

    1. Toyota Echo
    2. EG Hatch
    3. Mazda Miata(?)

    Which is one it the best value wise... fuel consumption, reliability, parts, etc...

    Any other vehichle suggestions :?:

    definitely not the miata...

    i think the echo is the most fuel efficient of those.

    Among your choices it's the Toyota Echo.

    You may also consider:
    1. Honda City
    2. Kia Pride
    3. Hyundai Atoz
    4. Daihatsu Hi-jet
    5. Suzuki Jimny/Samurai
    6. Any diesel AUV

    Echo's really fun to drive.
    But really, fuel consumption is not
    as low as what they claim. Siempre,
    with all this traffic, you get less kilometers
    per liter as you waste gas idling in traffic.

    If you want to save on fuel expenses, why not
    practice car less days for yourself. I mean,
    take public transpo once or twice a week.
    I used to do that hen I was working in Makati.
    Nandiyan naman kasi ang MRT.

    Grabe na talaga gas prices!

    well

    Expedition owners sure doesnt mind the high gas prices
    most of them can afford it, thats juan thing for sure

    The EG hatch isnt really that stingy on fuel, despite what its 1200cc engine will suggest. Among your choices...



    Miata!!!!!!!


    Gawsh!!!! How can you compare it to the other two econocars hhehehehe :D Forget about fuel economy and carrying passengers, this one is pure fun!!!

    echo for me...

    meron pa ba nung fiat uno na diesel engine? yon siguro eh mas matipid regarding konsumo.... ewan ko lang sa maintenance..:roll:

    kung sa mga maliliit... echo .. kung may balak akong gaguhin at gawing circuit car... i'd go for hatch...

    OT:
    ano nga pala ang buong tawag dun sa SMART car.. yung napapalitan ang panels ng ibang color.. parang snap on ng cell??
