single foglights...?

hi!

i just noticed recently that a growing number of vehicles (mostly sa south, cavite, laguna, alabang) have just one of their foglamps lighted up. and sa driver side yung nakasindi... and deliberately (i think so, unless pundido) nakapatay yung right foglamp.

is this a fad? uso? a clan/gang/organization?

any insights on this? have you seen these also? are you one of them? :D

Possible reasons for this phenomenon:
- Members of the one-eyed-willy gang
- Got conned into a Buy-One-Get-None free deal
- Cars throwing tantrums at the drivers
- They have all the electricity powering the 50" subwoofer in the back, they sacrificed one foglight in return

i dunno kung pundido lang... nagtataka lang ako kasi madami sila tapos minsan magkasunod pa. at halos lahat sila "pundido" ang right foglight.

may nabasa ako somewhere here in tsikot na if the ride is modified or the engine rather, kailangan nilang i remove ang right side fog lamp or headlamp ba yun, not sure though...

i think yung right headlamp yun... aalisin yung buong assembly tapos gagawin nilang intake.

IMO yung mga nagda-drag race, karamihan mga bulag ang headlight eh. siguro para mas madali makita kung sino panalo kung medyo photo finish

pondido nga right foglamp ko kasi pinasok ng tubig kasi exposed yung fogs sa water splash directly from the wheels/tires.....pero i'm from the north!

I am from the south pero wala akong napapansin na maraming 1 lang ang gumaganang fog lamp.

Last time that I have check, both are working. Will check again tonight before going home. hehehehe

I'm from the south, both fog lamps of our hi lander are working, maybe meron group na ganun talaga. Karaniwan yung mga nag drag race yan, meron pa dito yung bumpers sa likod tangal.
