Hi to all!
I was just wondering, how much is the shipping cost of items from the states to our country, say for example, Mag wheels, 18" plus tires, 4pcs.
Anyone? Thank you!

September 7th, 2007 04:38 AM #2if you use a balikbayan box (like rey langit's) around US$40-65 ang isang box door-to-door delivery. and a box can probably contain 2 mag wheels.
it takes 2-3 months to reach philippine shores.

pwede siguro. basta magkasya sa loob ng balikbayan box. but i know they also have an option for bulky (irregularly sized objects), pricier nga lang yun.

Better if you ship it as odd-sized cargo with tires mounted. Your supplier will ship it with a piece of cardboard sa harap at sa likod at naka strap. The cardboard will protect the face from scratches and the tires will protect the rim from bengkong.
Typical charge ng shipper for odd-sizes is $18-19/cubic foot. Johnny Air specializes in air cargo but I know they do have seafreight as well. Make sure it's going by seafreight kasi baka mahimatay ka sa presyo kung via airfreight.
