Well, I think it's unfair to single out cars with high hp. If there's going to be any training, then every driver should have to go through it. Here, I've seen people get into nasty collisions even if they're driving a mommy-car. I've seen far less thoroughbred cars get into accidents than the run of the mill minivan, sedan, or SUV.

Here, it's often the young who get into the most accidents. I'm just waiting for a 19-yr old kid in our neighborhood to total his STi. The way he drives, it's just a matter of time.
