Primo stands for Prime Movers for Peace and Progress Association inc. a bonafide NGO registered w/ the SEC and are affiliated w/ the NAPOLCOM- NPOC and other GO's.In-issue ang id sa mga gustong sumapi sa samahan na may layuning tumulong sa kapulisan at hindi garantiya (sa lahat ng pagkakataon) na hindi ka huhulihin kung mayroon ka nito. subalit ito naman ay garantiya na tutulong sa iyo kung lihis naman sa batas ang pagkakahuli sa iyo tulad ng kotong.
