If you fail an emission test, what you can do is disconnect your battery for a few seconds and reconnect it again. They say by doing so, your vehicle ECU wil be resetted and will give a better emission results. Totoo ba to???

Depends if the ECU is the reason your car fails. Might be true siguro if you've had intake or exhaust mods done to the car.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

flushing the exhaust with water would usually yield a better result. :D

If you disconnect the battery, wait for 30 minutes or so before connecting it again. It takes time for the ECU to 'forget' everything.

If it works, matagal din pala so kailangan labas muna sa emission testing place.

It really depends on what is the root cause why your vehicle failed the emissions test. Rarely the cause is the ECU's settings.

Have your engine checked for possible causes like dirty throttle body, fouled fuel injectors, old sparkplugs, "leaking" sparkplug wires, dirty distributor, clogged air filter, etc.

I just had my car emissions tested (for a product we are evaluating), and the baseline test (without any mods) passed with flying colors.
