how long can it be in the market? if it's made by NORKIS by all means let's support it!
i've had it on one daily paper the cost is about P175k.. baka matawaran pa?! it can run at 120kph at 23km/l mileage! after sales service being assured pa; now what about the build & looks? hope it's not made of tin and looks cheap..
otherwise i'll go for it!!
Pure pinoy made ba ito or just another suzuki-engined but locally made body car? I've seen it displayed sa may Music Museum last month, kaya lang nasa sasakyan ako eh kaya di ko nakita ng husto...
saw it already..gumawa ng carpetting is seatmate..mukhang nissan ad resort na crude...
consider this:
1)upfront acquisition cost more than 100% savings than the cheapest low end car like kia pride.
2)performance is pick-up like & can carry modest family things or ideal for small scale business mobility.
3)low fuel mileage.
4)answers the hefty gas tab at this time of current oil crisis.
5)best all around city & traffic fuel economizer.
6)can last long with low maintenance cost if utilize with utmost care.
mga Dude,
last sunday, i got to try this small like pickup at sta lucia mall if anybody know.
akala siguro nila interested ako bumili kaya pina test drive nila sa akin yun mini pickup nila.
this is how i assess this ride:
- driving it is like driving a normal car, maliit nga lang kaya piling mo naglalaro ka lang.
- with its 660cc engine definitely matipid sa gas.
- inside, 2 seater - maluwag sya, ok ang aircon.
- free checkup for every 1000 kilometer.
- sa sobrang liit nya, kahit saan puede mo i park.
- sabi pa nila, depende kung saan mo gagamitin, if you are not into delivery biz, puede nila lagyan ng sit yun likod, yun folding na parang sa FX.
cash price is 175k,
meron din sila terms, if i recall it correctly:
50% down tapos 3k+ monthly for 4 years.
yong mga lumang multicab pickup na 4x4, cebu price nasa 90k na lang from 130k dati, yon nga lang, walang hood, at walang aircon
well, in some cases it is as what i observed.Originally posted by pissword
so ndi yan brand new?
- under chassis
- body
- engine i think is new, just rebuild to fit in the engine bay
- dashboard, not originally for that ride. meron kasi mga butas na wala naman naka lagay
- underbody
parang refurbished lang pala siya na surplus... hehe pero still mas ok yan kesa sa mga surplus na usong uso sa province..
may pic kayo?baka pwedeng pandeliver....we're thinking na of wholesaling again eh...
siguro yun engine nya! definitely mas ok...Originally posted by pissword

hmmm, parang nakita ko sya naka display sa isang car shop show window along EDSA, coming from Makati, before Guadalupe....parang me katabing mga Hyundai na cars e
effone, kumusta naman ung chassis/body nya? does it feel solid or manipis?
what do you mean by rebuilt? brand new engine ne medyo minodify para kumasya sa engine bay?
from your feedbacks guys, talagang patented + tunay na gawang pinoy ala sarao, francisco, etc.;
well, at P175,000 price tag dont expect too much.. pawis steering?! tsk. tsk.
wala na bang orig na mga daihatsu units ngayon?
Saw it in Greenhills. Medyo crude siya. Para bang half-finished. Ang daming alon ng bodywork. Yung dashboard din parang forced-fit sa interior.
Didn't get to drive it, though.
But I'm not one to expect so much from Php175K.
Although that bundle of cash could already get you a BJ40 Land Cruiser or a decent W123 Mercedes Benz.
