I want to teach my wife how to drive during weekends because she works. Due to the fact that she works, she cannot find the time of getting a student's permit.

Is it possible that I will apply and get a permit for my wife? If yes, do you know the usual requirements?

    Thanks..

i think we're taking this non-appearance thing to the edge..

Non appearance on getting a student's permit.
