    balik ba uli sa letter N ang new car plates?
    saw at least 3 new 09 honda city with plates starting sa N
    any history sa car plates like pano kung ijujunk na isang auto kelangan ba surrender plates? etc...thanks

    nope, these are the plates na hinde nagamit before na N series since bawal gumamit ng meron "I" and "O" before...pansinin mo puro meron letters I or O.

    so konti lang itong mga bagong N series na plates. pano kung maubusan na ng Z series na kombinations. anong letter na kaya?
