    short story:

yung OR po kasi ng sasakyan dito, kinuha ng sister-in-law ko. unfortunately, she passed away last week. laking problema po kasi, galit na galit yung family sa amin, kaya there is no way na masoli sa amin yung OR (with 2006 stickers actually). one of her sisters even said, naka hold daw po yung sasakyan!

    my questions are:

    1. pano kami magkakaron ulit ng OR and 2006 stickers nung sasakyan?

    2. pwede ba sila mag execute ng "hold order" (sorry, di ko alam exact term), knowing na hindi naman sila owner ng sasakyan and assuming that my sister-in-law did such a thing, now that she is dead, may effect pa ba yun?

Kanino naka pangalan yung car? Where's the original CR?

Hold order? Hind yata puede yan. AFAIK, kailangan may court order.
    Naka mortgage ba ang car?

pwede na ba namin gawin to ngayon?

sabi kasi sa LTO dati nung buhay pa sister-in-law ko, di raw pwede kasi hindi kami authorize na mag execute ng affidavit of loss kasi we are not the owner, bale and owner na raw yung sister-in-law ko (conjugal property).

sabi kasi sa LTO dati, while my sister-in-law is still alive, di raw pwede kasi hindi kami authorize na mag execute ng affidavit of loss kasi we are not the owner, bale and owner na raw yung sister-in-law ko (conjugal property).

sorry, di ko nabasa na di pala sa inyo nakapangalan yung vehicle.. well, yung heir na ng brother mo ang legal owner nung vehicle (which is the wife). since she passed away, sa mga anak na mapupunta ang ownership nun.
