mga peeps meron kasi akong gustong i-rebuild na '67 beetle (as in scrap) no plate number din. kaso ang problem ko ung papers nung sasakyan wala na kasing OR/CR ung sasakyan, possible maparegister ko un and anung mga kailangan kung sakaling pwede?????

wala eh natangay nung fake lto na naglakad ng papers kaya hindi na ginagamit yun as in na stock.

yup, tama. try mo muna dun. di mo kasi basta basta pwedeng i pa register yan ng alang documentation traces eh. hihingian at hihingian ka, unless of course, you can dole out money para magawaan na lang yan ng papeles.

LTO sa east ave would be the best....declare it na lost OR/CR and the one who should be selling to you should be the "real owner" as per CR kasi they won't consider if the deed of sale was not the declared owner as per CR file nila.

Goodluck, a 67 beetle is a good one....if you could get all the orig parts...else....scrap the idea kasi sayang ang time and effort kung half bake ang gagawin mong restoration (Just my opinion).
