which model and type I should focus on??

i also have a 98 Mitsubishi Adventure GLS.

that ride is matagtag, has cheap interior trims, kinda buckboard hard seats, bare as bones except that it has all power features.

i suggest a Starex or the Sedona would be a good van upgrade, the newest you could get.

both have good power, the Starex even has the same engine as our Adventure albeit with different code DB44(?).. decent equipment and features, good ride and good value.

the low resale will also work for you. good luck and happy shopping.:D
