    I need suggestions and feedbacks. I am about to buy a car and I'm choosing between a 1998 Accord Vti 2.3 AT and a 1998 1.6 Corolla (lovelife) MT. Parehong hindi masyado gamit . It is for my wife and will be used mostly around the village. The price is not a concern, it's just that i have never owned a honda before and i have no idea about maintenance cost and other miscellaneous expenses. 5.5 to 6km to a liter daw yung accord. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Suggest you go for the Accord. It's way up there, in terms of performance, comfort, looks and safety, compared to Corolla.
    Also, AT vs. MT. AT na siyempre for my one and only.

    well, depende actually, kung drive and forget, sa Corolla ako, mahal pyesa ng Accord relatively and kung AT sirain din ang AT ng Accord...

    Ordinarily, I'd go with the Accord, since it's value for money. The thing is, though, since it's gonna just be for within-the-village driving, it might be better to get the Corolla. Less fuel consumption, cheaper parts.

    Corolla, kung within the village lang naman, mura pa pyesa, easier to maintain. Although the Accord is definitely better. Not a fan of A/T's though.
